Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera La Prosperidad de Chirinos Ltda (Chirinos) is a medium-scale coffee producers' organisation and trader that has been operating for more than 45 years.

The organisation focuses on the high end of the coffee market and mainly exports organic fair trade coffee. Its activities benefit more than 764 associated coffee cooperatives by offering them a better price for their coffee beans.

Chirinos is located in the district of Chirinos, where agriculture, and coffee production in particular, is the main economic activity.
